1/35 UH-1C Huey Gunship

Post by LyleW »

I've put the CH-54A down again. Got this one yesterday along with the Quinta interior decals. And, since I am weak and undisciplined, I have the 1/35 CH-47 coming from China. Anyway, I've done a Huey in 1/32, so this may help me along and I will likely peck away at the CH-54 as well.

The box and instruction sheets have some water stains and damage, but all the sprues were still well sealed in the bags as were the decals.

Ah yes, the classic Huey gunship! 😏

I need to find two vintage Revell 1/32 helicopter kits from my youth years :

I have the last boxings of those two kits...

The Huey comes with the decals for MoH Recipient Crandall's UH-1 of We Were Soldiers fame, Ancient Serpent 6. The Cobra comes with better weapons pods and a couple of other new parts

No. But I’ll accept any new tooling later than the mid 70s originals. Not a bad price from eBay link.

Nice to see you got the last boxings of those kits. I’ve always liked the original Huey Gunship and the Cobra box art covers of the 70s.
